Mrs. Lillian Tessier Dies
ADAMS — Mrs. Lillian Tessier, 73. widow of Medios Tessier, 4 Prospect St., died Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. in the House of Good Samaritan, Watertown, where she had been a patient three weeks.
The funeral will be Friday at. 2 pm. at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Rev. Jeffrey Know, priest-in-charge, officiating. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Piddock Funeral Home today from 5 to 9 p..m..
Surviving are a son, J. Herbert, North Syracuse; a daughter, Mrs. Richard C, (Lila) Spry, Adams; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Elma Baynes, England.
Born Jan. 12, 1897 in Liverpool, England, a daughter of John H. and Ann C. Wood Fildes, she came to Canada in 1917, where she was married to Medios Tessier, July 29, 1919, at Elk lake, Ont. They had lived in the Adams sector since 1929. Mr. Tessier died Oct. 25, 1960, while hunting in southern Jefferson County. His death was attributed to am acute pulmonary edema.
Mrs. Tessier was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church.
